Next project
ABG is developing a 16,658 m² site north of Angelika-Machinek-Straße in two construction phases, comprising several interconnected seven- and eight-storey residential buildings.
By 2026, the project will provide 373 apartments with two to five rooms and either a balcony or loggia. Seventy percent of the units are designated as subsidized housing. Each building will include an underground parking garage. A daycare center for six groups will be located on the ground floor of the elongated building.
